These terms cover your use of the URBANGRID SERVICES PTY LTD website and the general basis on which we provide tiling services. Specific project terms are set out in the written quote we provide for your job, which take precedence where they differ from these general terms.

Quotes are based on the scope, measurements and materials discussed at the time of your enquiry or site visit. They remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

If the scope changes — for example additional areas, different materials or unforeseen substrate issues discovered once work begins — we'll discuss and agree any variation with you before proceeding.

Work is scheduled by agreement. We make every effort to meet agreed dates, but timelines can be affected by material availability, weather, waterproofing cure times and the readiness of the site. We'll keep you informed of any changes.

Where you supply your own tiles or materials, you're responsible for ensuring sufficient quantities and suitability for the intended surface. We're happy to advise, but we can't warrant the performance of materials we didn't supply.

Payment terms are set out in your quote. Deposits, where required, secure your booking and the ordering of materials. Final payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We stand behind our workmanship and carry out all wet-area waterproofing to the applicable Australian standards. Our workmanship warranty does not extend to damage caused by structural movement, misuse, inadequate maintenance, or materials supplied by others.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the affected work or the cost of doing so.
