UrbanGrid Services is a Brisbane-based tiling company built on a simple idea: the surface should be the easy part. Get everything underneath right, and the finish takes care of itself.
Our story
We started UrbanGrid because too many renovations look great on handover day and fall apart a year later. Lifting tiles, failing grout, water finding its way where it shouldn't. Almost always, the problem was never the tile — it was the rush to get to it.
So we built a crew that slows down where it counts. We measure twice, prepare properly and waterproof to standard, then set every tile to a layout we've planned in advance. The result is work that still looks sharp long after the last invoice is paid.
Today we tile homes and commercial spaces right across Brisbane and the surrounding South-East — one carefully levelled floor and one dead-straight grout line at a time.
