Preparation is the job.
Anyone can stick a tile to a wall. The difference between a floor that lasts a decade and one that cracks in a year is everything that happens underneath — levelling, priming, waterproofing. We treat prep as the main event, not a formality.
The set-out is sacred.
Before a single tile is cut we plan the layout around the room's focal points, so patterns land centred and cuts stay symmetrical. Grout lines should feel intentional from every angle — because they are.
We finish clean.
Sharp silicone, sealed grout, and a site left swept and wiped down. The last five percent is what you remember, so we never leave it to chance.

We walk the space, measure up, talk through materials and give you a clear, itemised quote with no vague line items.
Prep & waterproofing
Substrates are levelled, primed and — in wet areas — waterproofed to standard. Ninety percent of a great result is what happens before the first tile.
Precision install
Tiles are set to a planned layout with consistent joints, minimal lippage and clean cuts around every fixture.
Grout, seal & clean
We grout, silicone and seal where needed, then leave the site swept, wiped down and ready to enjoy.
